Message of Chairman

There has been a tremendous progress in the field of science and technology during the past few years. This has enabled human being to know more accurately the natural phenomena and unfold many of the riddles, which were impossible to decipher in the past. But more than 14 centuries ago when the scientific knowledge of human being was so limited, the Qur’an explained, with remarkable precision and accuracy, many natural phenomena and made many predictions which people have now started appreciating with their enhanced knowledge. This clearly proves the truth and greatness of the Book of Allah. It is, therefore, in our interest to study different scientific fields using the modern technology so that we are equipped with sufficient knowledge to study the Qur’an perceptively and find out what wealth of knowledge is given in the divine Book.

The Qur’an is a source of knowledge, which is multidimensional and all-comprehensive. The biological and physical facts of the universe described by the Qur’an could be appreciated better if we acquire sufficient modern scientific knowledge. During the study of the Qur’an, when a person finds that the scientific description of the universe and other biological phenomena are provided beyond any doubt, then an unbiased person should not have any hesitation to accept the rest of the teachings of the Qur’an.

It is the duty of all Muslims to acquire modern scientific knowledge including management, computer and other sciences, to understand and appreciate the teachings of Islam.
